With over 30 classes per week, mornings and nights, we sport one of the largest kickboxing schedules in Pinellas county and the Tampa Bay Area. Every class is given by a certified instructor and you can start any time, no matter what your experience or current fitness level. The kickboxing classes require a minimum age of 13 but we also offer martial arts classes for kids 5+.
