Our kickboxing and strength training classes are an exciting and very effective way of getting anyone into shape. Research has show time and time again that kickboxing is the most effective and efficient way to lose weight and build lean athletic muscle. There is nothing better than a time tested, proven workout to get you in the best shape of your life. And you don’t need any experience or be at a certain fitness level to get started!

The classes alone will get you to begin seeing results fairly quickly but if you are looking for a little more accountability, nutrition coaching and goal setting then maybe the ACTION 10 Week Challenge is exactly what you need!

With over 30 classes per week, mornings and nights, we have the largest kickboxing schedule in Pinellas county and the Tampa Bay Area. Every class is given by a certified instructor and you can start any time, no matter what your experience or current fitness level. The kickboxing classes require a minimum age of 13 but we also offer martial arts classes for kids 5+.
