Our fitness kickboxing training program is for people who don’t want the coaching and nutritional components of the 10 week UBC fitness kickboxing program, or have graduated from that program. Fitness memberships allow you to attend unlimited fitness kickboxing and resistance training classes.
With over 33 classes per week, mornings and nights, we have the largest kickboxing schedule in Pinellas county and the Tampa Bay Area. Every class is given by a certified instructor and you can start any time, no matter what your age or current fitness level.
