Tuesday & Thursday: 9am-11am & 1pm-8pm
Saturday: 8:45am-11pm
New Students & V.I.P. Passes: Please be 20 minutes early for your first class.
UBC & Fitness Classes
UBC Members: Take any of the classes in the table below during your 10 week course. You'll have a coach, evaluations, a fitness program & books. Suggested: 3 cardio and 3 strength classes a week. Visit the UBC page for start dates. Enroll now and train free until the start date.
Non-UBC Fitness Members: Take any of the classes in the table below.
