The Xtreme Fit Boot Camp Generally Consists Of:
- Strength Training (all muscle groups)
- Core Training
- Cardio (light jog/walk)
- Obstacle Courses
- Combinations of Circuit Drills
- Stretching
- Fun Interactive Training in a Group Atmosphere

Classes are limited to the first 25 participants, so calling ahead is recommended.
NOTE: Classes are conducted outside, and will be cancelled if there is rain at the beginning of class. However, once you purchase a class, your ticket remains valid until it's used.
